Felons all know very well how hard life is once they get the conviction. Getting any job is difficult. Getting a white-collar job for felons is a daunting task after release from prison.

The white-collar job search is unfair and frustrating at times; however, jobs are there, companies don’t advertise them much. Felons have to make the extra efforts to end up in one.

The Visionz Workforce Readiness modules are designed to prepare participants to “Get the job;” “Keep the Job”; and “Move Up in Their Organization.

• The soft skills needed for job placement in different industries
