Over his thirty two year financial services career with Ford Credit, Willie held a succession of senior level positions, managing budgets of over a billion dollars and staffs of up to 500 people. He crafted recruiting strategies for colleges, job fairs and the National Black MBA Conference to help increase diversity and inclusion at all company levels.
