lives with dignity, purpose, and direction. Our curriculum is trauma-informed, culturally
responsive, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a second chance — and the tools to
make the most of it.
Through structured workshops and one-on-one coaching, participants engage in evidence-based
training that promotes self-awareness, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, workforce
readiness, and financial literacy. We address the unique barriers faced by justice-involved
individuals by integrating life skills, soft skills, and reentry planning with mentorship and
community-based support.
Visionz goes beyond traditional reentry programs — we help participants redefine their identity,
set achievable goals, and build the confidence and capacity to lead productive, self-sufficient
